Accordingly 13,575 Corona positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers and under home care system the Unit has stated ,

27 Corona Deaths Had Been Reported Today (13)

 Another 27 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (13) Increasing the total number of Corona deaths that had been reported in the country so far to 14,641 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGSH) .

Accordingly 14 males and 13 females had died due to Corona infection the DGHS has stated .Out of the deceased 13 were over 60 years of age and another 13 were belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been revealed .One of the deceased was under 30 years of age ,

 Another 19 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (12) Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 14,614 according to Director General Of Health Services (DGHS) .

Accordingly majority of the deceased were men and over 60 years of age DGHS has stated ,

60 Buddhist Monks At A University In Colombo Had Tested Positive For Corona

 Around 60 Buddhist Monks studying at a University in Colombo District had tested positive for Corona virus according to sources ,All the infected Monks are being quarantined at the hostel where they are staying in the Sources have added .

All these Monks had stayed at a Hostel where only  20 monks  can be resided in it has been revealed . Steps had been taken to prevent the spreading of Corona virus within the University premises according to Health Authorities .
