1057 Persons Had Been Arrested Over Violating Quarantine Laws
Police have arrested. 1057 Persons during last 24 hours over Violating Quarantine laws according to Department Of Police .
Police had launched an inspection of vehicles which entering Colombo during the current travel restrictions to nab those who are travelling unnecssarily.
67 Corona Deaths Were Reported Yesterday(09)
Another 67 Corona deaths had been reported in the country yesterday (09) raising the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 1910 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .This is the highest number of Corona deaths reported in Sri Lanka so far in a single day during the corona pandamic .
Accordingly 43 Males and 24 Females had died due to Covid Pneumonia and complications occurred. Due to the non communicable diseases they have suffered from as a result of the Corona infection the Center has stated .
Meanwhile 54 Corona deaths had been reported on last Tuesday (08).
2716 Corona Positives had Been Reported Yesterday (09)
A total of. 2716 Corona positives had been reported yesterday (09) in the country ,Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 213,396 according to National Covid -19 prevention Center .
At the moment 31,126 Corona positives are being treated at Government hospitals and quarantine Centers .
Another 2637 Corona Positives had been reported on last Tuesday (08),

Pregnant Females To Receive Corona Vaccines From Tomorrow (09)
Vaccinating All pregnant females in Sri Lanka with Anti Corona vaccines will begin tomorrow(09) from Piliyandala MOH Area and Castle Street Hospital in Borella according to Collage of Gynecologists .
