Ten Persons Died And. One Missing Due To Adverse Weather

 Ten persons including four members of  one family had died and 219,027 Persons are being affected. Due to adverse weather conditions including floods and earth slips occurred in the country s far according to Disaster Management Center .


Accordingly parents and two children at a house in Algama  ,Aranayake area has died after a soil mound collapsed on their house .

One person was missing due to the adverse  weather conditions it has been reported .

40 Corona Deaths Had Been Reported Today (05)

 Another 40 Corona Deaths had been reported in the country today (05) Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported  so far to 1696 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .


Accordingly 23 males and 17 females had died due to Covid Pneumonia ,Covid infection and complications of the non communicable diseases they. Have suffered from the Center has stated .09 of the deceased had died at home it has been. Revealed .

Meanwhile 48 Corona deaths had been reported yesterday (04).

3094 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (05).

 A total of 3094 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (05) increasing the number of Corona Positives reported so far to  202,357 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .


Accordingly the total number of Corona positives in the country had exceeded 200,000 today .At the moment 34,569 Corona positives are being treated at Government hospitals and treatment centers .

 Many vehicles which were entered Colombo City yesterday (03) are being identified as belonging to Financial institutions according to Police. accordingly 15,571 Vehicles belonging to Financial Institutions had entered Colombo City yesterday .
