Government Has Decided To Continue With Travel Restrictions Until 07 the of June

 Government has decided not to lift the  travel restrictions imposed islandwide On 31 st of May and 04 th of June as earlier planned  and  to lift the restrictions only on 07 th Of June in  view of curbing the Corona virus spread in the country. 

Accordingly Essential goods will be home delivered through the District and Divisional secretariats during the period that  travel restrictions are being imposed government  stated .

Sri Lanka Had Received 50,000 Doses Of Sputnik Vaccines Today (27),Received 500,000 Doses Of "Sinopharm "Vaccine Yesterday (26)

 Sri Lanka had today (27)received 50,000 doses of Russian Anti Corona Vaccine Sputnik. -V according to Health officials .

This stock of vaccines had been received as a part of the consignment of Sputnik -V vaccines ordered by the government the officials have stated .

Meanwhile Sri Lanka had received 500,000 doses of Chinese Anti Corona vaccine from the Chinese government yesterday (26) as a donation .These vaccines are now being given to the risk groups in Galle ,Matara and Kurunagala districts it has been announced. .
