 Although Government has declared tomorrow (12) as a special Government Holiday ,It will not applicable to state  and private banks according to Ministry Of Public Administration ,

All state and private banks will be functioned tomorrow (12) as usually the Ministry has stated .Meanwhile the stock market and the Motor Traffic department too will be functioned tomorrow it has been announced.  

Corona Deaths In Sri Lanka Has Been Increased To 598

 Another 02 Corona deaths had been reported today (11) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 598 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .

Accordingly a 72 year old male resided at Baddegama area and a 60 Year old male resided at Puttalam area had died due to the complications of non communicable diseases they have suffered from and Covid Pneumonia it has been revealed ,

232 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (11)

 A total of 232 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (11) increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 95,131 according to the National Covid -19 Prevention Center .

At the moment 2902 Corona Positives are being treated at Government Hospitals and Treatment  Centers .

Cancer Caused Substance "Aflatoxines "Not Found In.109 Coconut Oil Samples That Had Been Tested

 The 109 Coconut oil samples taken from the local market have been proved as not containing the Cancer caused substance "Aflatoxins "According to the Consumer Affairs Authority

.

Accordingly 160 Coconut oil samples that had been taken from the local market had not contained the "Aflatoxins " the Authority has stated .

These samples  had been collected covering whole island it has been revealed .

Meanwhile  the Coconut oil samples taken  from the Coconut oil imported by a private company had  contained "Aflatoxins "Authorities  have stated .

The "Aflatoxines "fear is being created among Sri Lankans after the Customs had illegally  released a stock.of imported Coconut oil  which has been directed for transhipment due to containing "Aflatoxines" .
