187 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From Hospitals Today (04)

Another 187 Corona positives had bern recovered and discharged from Government hospitals and treatment centers today (04) according to Epidemeology Unit.

Accordingly 90,288 Corona positives had bern discharged after full recovery Upto now.

Two Corona Deaths Reported Today (04)

Two Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (04) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far in the country to 581 according to National Covid -19 Prevention center.

Accordingly a 79 year. Old female resided in psnsiyagama area and 61 year old male resided at Motonthota area had died due to Covid pneumonia and complications of non communicable diseases they have suffered from due to the corona infection it had been revealed

122 Corona Positives Reported Today (04)Says The Authorities -Number Of PCR Tests Performs Daily Not Revealed

Another 122 Corona Positives had been reported today (04) increasing the total number of Corona Positives reported in the country to 93,436 According to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .

However the number of "PCR "tests performs Daily is not being issued by the authorities . .

At the moment 2647 Corona positives are being treated at Government Hospitals and quarantine Centers.

A Person Was Killed And Two Others Were Injured Due To A Soil Mound Collapse

A person was killed and two others were injured and hospitalized after a soil mound had been collapsed on them whilst cutting a foundation of a house at Holbrook area in Agarapathana, ,Thalawakale today(04)..

Residents of the area along with the Agarapathana police officers had rescued the three persons ,But one person had died at that time and the two injured persons had been admitted to Agarapathana hospital for treatment .The deceased was a 43 year old resident of Agarapathana area it had been revealed.

The condition of the injured is not critical it has been reported ..

135 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Yesterday (03) As The Number Of PCR Tests performs Daily Has Been Dropped

A total of 135 Corona positives had been reported yesterday (03) mainly due to the lower number of "PCR " tests performs daily these days according to Health Ministry officials.

Accordingly the total number of Corona positives reported so far in the country had risen to 93,295 and 2699 Corona positives are being treated at Government hospitals and treatment. Centers at present .

Four Corona Deaths Were Reported Today (03)

Another 04 Corona deaths had been reported today (03) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 579 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center.

Accordingly two males and two females resided in Akurana ,Rambukkana ,Colombo -05 ,And Rathnapura areas had died due to Covid Pneumonia and the complications of non communicable diseases they have suffered from the Center has stated .

The deceased were of the ages 44,44,78 and 37 years .Meanwhile 04 Corona deaths were reported yesterday (02)in the country as well including three males and a female .
