 Two youth had been drowned  today (28) whilst bathing at Degana falls at Welewatte ,Kolonna area(Ratnapura District ) it has been reported

.

The two youth were of the ages 17 and 18  years resided at Godakawela area 

237 Corona Positives Had Bern Reported Today (28)

 A total of 237 Corona positives had bern reported today (28) increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far in the country to 92,088 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .

At the moment 2906 Corona Positives are being treated at Government Hospitals and Quarantine Centers .

Another Corona Death Had Been Reported Today (27)

 Another Corona death had been reported in the country today /(27),increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 559 according to National Covid-19 Prevention center  .

Accordingly a 82 year old person resided at Colombo -06 has died due to Heart ailment and Covid Pneumonia caused by Corona infection .The deceased had died at Mulleriyawa Teaching Hospital it has been revealed.

A Person Has Died Due To A Wild Elephant Attack

 A Wild Elephant had killed a 58 year. Old person at Aththanakadawala area in Polonnaruwa District whilst on the way his home this morning (27) it has been reported .

Accordingly the Wild Elephant had dragged away the deceased  50 meters away before killing him the sources have revealed .
