Katthankudy Police Division And 11 Other Areas In Kalmunai Idolsted

 Katthankudy Police Division and 11 areas at Kalmunai city in Ampara District had been isolated with immediate effect from yesterday (01)due to the surge of Corona cases in these areas according to Health authorities .

The isolation had been imposed in these areas after identifying 32 Corona Positives through the Rapid Antigen tests carried out by authorities .

Yakgasmulla Area In Weeraketiya Had Been Isolated

 Yakgasmulla area at Weeraketiya Police Division in ,Hambanthota District had been isolated with immediate effect since this morning (02) due to spreading of Corona virus in the area health authorities had announced .

The isolation has been imposed after 16 persons at Yakgasmulla area had been  tested positive for Corona virus .

826 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From.Hospitals Yesterday (01

 Another 826 Corona Positives had been recovered and discharged from Government hospitals and treatment centers yesterday according to Epidemeology Unit .

Accotdingly 36155 Corona positives had been discharged from.hospitals after full recovery .

555 Corona Positives Reported Yesterday (01)

 A total of 555 Corona Positives had been reported in the country yesterday (01) increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 43,856 according to National Covid-19 Prevention Center .

Accordingly all these positives reported yesterday were contacts of previous positives reported from Minuwangoda ,Paliyagoda and Prisons Corona clusters and the number of Corona positives reported from these ment centers.
