Another Corona Death Reported Today (23)

A Corona Death has been reported today (23) Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far in the country to 184 according to the Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly A 71 year old Male in Southern Kalutara has died at home due to the complications of Cancer and septicemia as a result of the Corona infection .

579 Corona Positives Reported Today (23)

A total of 579 Corona positives had been reported today (23) increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 38,639 according to Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly all the Corona positives reported today were contacts of earlier Corona positives and the total number of Corona positives reported from Minuwangoda ,Paliyagoda and Prisons Corona Clusters so far had been now risen to 34,960 the unit has st

At the moment 8573 Corona positives are being treated at Government hospitals and treatment centers .

Higgolla Road In Matale Had Been Isolated

Health Authorities had isolated the Higgolla Road in Mathale Municipal Council area with immediate effect after identifying 06 Corona positives from the Health laborers Housing Complex located at the road it has been announced .

The Corona positives identified at the Higgolla road are garbage collectors attached to Matale Municipal Council it has been revealed ,With these positives a total of 19 Corona Positives had been identified in the Municipal Council Area so far according to the Health authorities .

Due to the spreading of Corona virus among Garbage collectors ,collecting Garbage within Matale Municpal Council limits had been disrupted it has been reported ,

Two More Corona Deaths Reported Yesterday ((22)

Two more Corona Deaths had been reported in the country yesterday (22) increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 183 according to the Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly a 15 year old boy suffered from Leukemia has died after transferring To IDH hospital in Angoda from Maharagama Apeksha Hospital due to the complications of the disease and septasemia as a result of the Corona infection .Second Corona death was reported from.a house at Colombo -07 and the deceased was a 72 year old female who died due to corona related pneumonia .
