65 Fishing Boats In Mannar Had Been Destroyed Due To Cyclone Burevi
Around 65 Fishing boats in Mannar and more than 150 fishing huts at Mannar and pesalai areas were destroyed due to the strong winds caused by Cyclone storm Burevi which hit Sri Lanka on last Wednesday it has been reported .
Fisheries boats numbering 65 at Mannar were drifted away to the seas and destroyed after colliding with each other and with stones according to reports .

Cyclone Storm "Burevi "Moving Away From Sri Lanka -After Affecting 12 Districts -01 Gone Missing And 06 were Injured Due To The The Affects
Cyclone Storm "Burevi "which entered Sri Lanka Last Wednesday night(02) is being moved away From Sri Lanka at the moment after affected 12 districts according to the Meteorology Department.
Due to the affects of Cyclone Storm "Burevi "one person gone missing and six others had been injured and hospitalized mainly in North and Eastern provinces it has been reported .
Another 44,848 persons are being affected due to the heavy showers and strong winds occurred as a result of this Cyclone Storm Disaster management center has stated .
Up to this morning (04)nearly 13,000 persons are being located at 79 safe shelters in Northern province and in Mannsr the Center has revealed .
Around 50 houses had been completely destroyed due to the strong winds and another 2100 houses were partially destroyed due to the strong winds and heavy showers occurred as.a result of the Cyclone.
Although the Cyclone which is the first 'Cyclone made landfall in Sri Lanka after 20 years heavy showers and gusty winds will continue in North and North Western provinces the Met department has said .
Strong winds can appear from Jaffna to Mannsr ,Trincomalee and Mulathivu areas today and as a result fishermen in these areas are being advised to refrain from going fishing today as well.
Two PHI Divisions In Ambagamuwa MOH Area Had Been Isolated
Two PHI Divisions in Ambagamuwa MOH area at Central hills had been isolated since yesterday (03)due to surge in Corona cases according to the Ambaganuwa MOH .
Accordingly Kenilworth watta and Blackwater upper area attached to Ginigathhena PHI Division and Walioya and dandukale lower area attached to Watawala PHI Division had been isolated with travel Restrictions .
Five More Corona Deaths Reported
Another 05 Corona Deaths had been reported today (03) in the country ,Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 129 according to the Ministry Of Health .
Accordingly a female and four males resided in Colombo -12,Colombo -10 ,Kolonnawe and Colombo -02 of the ages 56,89,85,71 and 78 years had died due to the corona infection .
Four of the deceased Corona Positives were died at hospitals and one died at hhome due to the infection. .
