Hatton City Has Been Isolated

 Hatton City in Central Hills has. Been isolated since this morning (27) until further notice to prevent. The spreading of Corona virus in the city the head. Of the. National Covid -10 prevention Center Army Commander General Shavendre Silva has announced 

The city had been isolatec aftet a person at Hatton common market who  had brought fish  from Paliyagoda Fish market  had been tested positive for Corona virus it has been revealed .Later another 10  close contacts. Of the  Corona positive were confirmed as Corona positives. 

Quarantine Police Curfew Been Implementred. in Four Police Divisions

 Quarantine. Police Curfew has been implemented in another 04 police divisions at Colombo District with effect from this evening(27)  until further notice to prevent spreading of Corona virus according to National. Covid -19 prevention center .

Accordingly Quarantine Curfew had been implemented in Moratuwa ,Homagama ,Panadura North and Panadura South Police divisions with effect from this evening .

US Secretary Of State Michael Pompio Had Arrived In Sri Lanka

 US secretary of state Michael Pompio has arrived in Sri lanka this evening (27)for a two day official visit .

The visiting US secretary of state who had arrived in Sri lanka will not undergo any quarantine process  due to his short visit,However  will adapt Anti Corona health measures  during his visit the director of Epidemeology Unit Dr .Sudath Samaraweera  has stated .

US secretary of state Pompio is schedule  to meet President Gotabaya Rajapskshe and Foreign Minister Dinesh gunawardana tonight to discuss bi lateral issues it has been announced .

He had visited Indonesia ,Maldives and India before arriving here and due to leave the country tomorrow (28).

Three Corona Deaths Repprted. Today. (27)

 Three Corona deaths had been reported. In the country today. (27/ increasing the total number of Corona Posotive deaths. Reported so far to 19 according to Health Ministry .

Accordingly. A 41 year olld resident of Ja Ela. Area who was receiving treatment at Infectious. diseases Hospital (IDH) in Angoda  died this morning  due to the complications occurred on his liver ailment as a result of the virus  infection .

Another two persons a 19 year old boy who was disable and 87 year old female with a leg ailment  have  died due to the Corona  infection whilst receiving treatment at Colombo National Hospital .

Five Hospitals In Kalutara Allocated For Corona Positives

 Five Hospitals in Kalutara District had been allocated for treating  Corona posirives anidst the surge of Corona cases in the District it had been reported 

Accordingly Bandaragama ,Mathugama ,Pimbura ,ingiriya and iththapana hospitals are being allocated for Corona Positives and 240 beds are there to facilitate them it has been revealed.
