Four Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From Hospitals Yesterday (02)
Another 04 Corona positives had been
discharged from hospitals yesterday (02)after full recovery according to the Epidemeology Unit .
Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from hospitals so far had risen to 2883 .
At the moment 206 Corona positives are being treated at Government Hospitals.

A Minor Tremor Occurred In Pallekale, Kandy Yesterday (02)
Earlier similar kind of minor tremor had occurred at Several areas in Kandy including Haragama, Anuragama and Mailapitiya on 29 th of August.

Cabinet Had Approved The Submitting Of 20 Th Amendment To The Parliament
Cabinet has yesterday (02)approved the
submitting of draft resolution of 20th amendment to the constitution to parliament during the Cabinet meeting held under the patronage of President Gotabaya Rajapakshe.
The 20th Amendment to the constitution is due to be gazetted midnight yesterday.The Draft resolution of the Amendment had been submitted to the Cabinet by Justice Minister Ali Sabry.
Meanwhile Attorney General Dappula De Livera has advised the Secretary to the Ministry of Justice that it's sufficient to pass the amendment with two third majority in Parliament without holding a referendum.
The proposed 20 th Amendment is scheduled to be submitted to the Parliament within next two weeks .According to the sources the except the peovisions right to information act and President s term of office all other provisions in the 19th Amendment including independent commissions introduced by good governance government had been abolished under the 20 th amendment .
