No Corona postives had been identified
  in the country today (29)so far according  to the "PCR "tests that had been  conducted  the Epidemeology Unit has been stated .

Accordingly the total number of Corona positives reported so far remains at 2810.

Meanwhile the Repatriation of Sri Lankans who are  stranded in foreign countries due to the Corona pandamic which was suspended temporarily recently, is scheduled  to  re commence this Friday (31).

21 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From.Hospitals Today (29) After Recovery

A total of 21 Corona positives had been
discharged from hospitals today (29)after full recovery according to the Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from hospitals so far had risen to 2317 .

At the moment  482 Corona positives  and 80 suspected cases  are being treated in Government Hospitals.

A Jaffna Resident Was Arrested Over Attempting To Migrate Europe Through Fake Documents

Immigration and Emigration officials
have today  (28)arrested a 36 year old person who had attempted to fly Europe by submitting fake documents indicating that he is a Naval  officer attached to a Merchant Ship at the Katunayake International Airport. 

The suspect who is a resident of Kopai in Jaffna had attempted to migrate Europe by submitting fake documents, However the immigration officers had  suspected on  his behaviour and found the documents  submitted by the suspect are fake ones during testing them .

immigration and Emigration officials had later handed over the suspect to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) officials at the Airport for further investigations.
