13 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (08) - Majority Of Them.Were Arrivals From Saudi Arabia
A total of 13 Corona positives had been
reported in the country today (08)increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 2094 according to Epidemeology Unit .
Accordingly All the Corona positives reported today were imported cases and out of them 09 were Sri lankan arrivals from Saudi Arabia the unit has stated .Other positives were arrivals from Bangladesh and Philippines.
Athe the moment 116 Corona positives and 56 suspected as Corona positives are being treated at Government Hospitals.

A Heated Argument Ensued Between The Relatives Of A Deceased Whose Body Returned From
A heated argument had been ensued
between the relatives of a deceased Sri lankan whose body had been returned to Sri Lanka from Saudi Arabia ,when the Health officials had attempted to cremate the body under the Quarantine law without showing it to the relatives at Borella General Cemetery this evening (08) it has been reported.
According to the death certificate issued for the 44 year old deceased from Saudi Arabia ,He has died due to the heart failure and breathing problems .However although he was not confirmed as a corona positive ,Health officials had planned to to cremate him under the Quarantine law as a Corona positive"s body .
The dispute had been settled after the Police officers arrived at the scene had explained on the situation to the Relatives of the deceased .Afterwards cremation had taken place without any interruption according to sources.

Prison who were subjected to "PCR "Tests to check their Corona status after one of the inmates returned to Welikada Prison From Kandakadu Drug Rehabilitation Center Tested Positive for Corona virus, Tested negative for the virus according to the Army Commander General Shavendra De Silva .
The Corona positive found among the 40 returnees to Welikada Prison From Kandakadu Drug Rehabilitation Center yesterday (07)had been transferred to IDH Hospital in Angoda .
All the contacts of him at Kandakadu center and Polonnaruwa prison are being quarantined at present.
