The Total Number Of Corona Positives Discharged From Hospitals Increased To 1885 Yesterday (04)

Another 22 corona positives had been

discharged from hospitals yesterday (04)after full recovery according to the Epidemeology Unit.

Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from hospitals after recovery had risen to 1885 .Up to now 2074 Corona positives had been reported in the country and 178 positives out of them are being treated at Government Hospitals at present .

Eleven corona positives had died in the country and only one positive receiving Intensive care unit treatment at present it has been reported.

Sri Lanka is now in 109 th place out of 213 countries included in the corona infections list .

Five Corona Positives Had Been Reported Yesterday (04)

Five Corona positives had been

identified in the country yeaterday (04) ,Increasing the total number of Corona positives reported to 2074 according to the Epidemeology Unit.

Accordingly All the five Corona positives were foreign arrivals and out of them 02 arrivals were from Qatar ,and one each from Bangladesh ,USA and Madagascar.

At the moment 178 Corona positives Are being treated in Government Hospitals.

Seventeen Stranded Sri Lankans Returned To Sri Lanka From UAE And Qatar

Seventeen Sri Lankans stranded in

Qatar and United Arab Emirates (UAE)due to the Corona pandemic had arrived in Sri Lanka through two Emirates and Qatar airways flights it has been reported .

Accordingly 10 Sti Lankans stranded in Qatar Had returned from Doha ,Qatar through Qatar Airways flight this morning (04) and 07 Sri Lankans stranded in United Arab Emirates had returned to Sri Lanka from Dubai through Emirates Airways flight last night (03)

All the passengers in.these flights had undergone "PCR"tests at the Katunayake International Airport to check their corona status.
