Nineteen corona virus positives had
been reported today (26) up to now increasing the total number of Corona positives to 1201 according to Epidemeology Unit .
All 19 Corona Positives that have been reported today were returnees from Kuwait who are undergoing quarantine process at quarantine centers according to reports
At the noment 479 Corona positives and 76 suspected cases are being treated at Government hospitals .

A Total Of 90 Returnees From Kuwait Had Been Tested Positive For Corona Infection So Far- General.Shavendre De Silva
A total of 90 Returnees from Kuwait
had been tested positive for the Corona virus infection Army Commander General Shavendre De Silva has stated .
Accordingly highest number of them had been tested positive last Sunday whilst undergoing quarantine at Quarantine centers (24) numbering 49 .
A total of 466 Sri lanka nationals stranded in Kuwait had been brought back to Sri Lanka through two Kuwaiti Airline flights recently .

Island Wide Curfew Has Been Lifted In All 26 Districts This Morning (26)- In Colombo And Gampaha Districts After Two Months
Curfew imposed in all 26 districts in the
island had been lifted since this morning (26) and it will be re imposed from 10 p.m tonight until 4 a.m tomorrow (27) according to the Government .
The Curfew Imposed in Colombo and Gampaha Districts had been lifted today after two months as it has been imposed in these districts since 24 th of March .
Curfew in the whole island will be imposed from 10 p.m to 4 a.m with effect from today until further notice it has been announced .
Meanwhile Police has yesterday (25) announced that steps will be taken to arrest those who are not following social distancing rule and other health guldelines issued to prevent spreafing of corona virus including wearing a Mask in public places and to catch those people violating the rules policemen will be deployed in those places in civil .
