CID Arrested Former MP Rishad Baduideen's Brother Over Easte Sunday Attacks

(CID)officers had arrested the brother of former Minister of the good governance government Rishad Baduideen ,Riyaad Baduideen this evening (14)at a raid carriedout at Puttallam over easter sunday attacks .
The brother of the former minister was arrested according to an investigations carried out on CID)Easter Sunday attacks occurred on 21 st of April last year

Former UNP MP Ranjan Ramanayake Was Arrested And Remanded

(UNP)parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake who had been arrested by the Mirihana Police last night (13)at his residence in Madiwela Housing scheme over obstructing the duties of police officers was remanded until 20 th of April by Nugegoda Magistrate today (14).
Former MP Rsmanayake was arrested by the police when he had argued with police officers who had stopped a physiotherapist from entering MP ramanayaka's residence as he had not possess a valid curfrew pass.
The physiotheeapist got a curfew pass expired last sunday according to the police .The physiotherapist was also arrested by the police and later he was released after producing before the magistrate on Rs.100,000 surety bail .
However Former MP Ramanayake has told the media that the Physiotherapist is his friend and he came to handover a donation comprising of rice sacks and vegetables to be distributed among those who hadnt reveived dry rations during curfew hours .
Meanwhile the former MP who had been remanded after producing before Nugegoda Magistrate court had been sent to the Negambo Quarantine center it has been revealed .

Heathrow International Airport in London had been brought back to Sri lanka yesterday (13)from a special Sri lankan Airlines flight it has been reported .
The two sri lankan passangers a Male and a female had been sent to a quarantine center for quarantine soon after their arrival to Katunayake International Airport .
Now 16 Sri lankans strandad in International Airports had been brought back to Sri lanka under a cabinet decision and sent for quarantine .Another 17 sri lankans remain to be brought back to Sri lanka.
