Former Defense Secretary And IGP Further Remanded Over Easter Sunday Attacks
Former Defense Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and Inspector General Of
Police (IGP) who is under compulsory leave Pujith Jayasundara had been further remanded until 19 th of November by the Colombo Additional Magistrate Priyantha Liyanage over the charges not taken any step to prevent Easter Sunday Bomb attacks .
The Additional Magistrste had remanded the two suspects after considering a petition filed by Attorney General Dappula de livera against them.
Colombo Adfitional Magistrate had earlier remanded the duo until today on 09th of October.

Two Persons Injured And Hospitalized .After Security Officers Of MP S.B Dissanayake Shot At Them.
Two persons had been injured and
hospitalized after the security officers of National List MP S.B Dissanayake had shot at them as they have obstructed the MP's vehicle at Polpitiya area in Ginigathhena this evening (06).
The injured had been admitted to the Thaligama Hospital and later they have been transferred to the Karawanella District Hospital for further treatment .
The security officers of MP Dissanayake arrived in another vehicle behind MP's vehicle and shot at the protesters Police Media Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekare has stressed .

Now Dust Particles Blown Away From New Delhi Increased Air Pollution In Colombo
The normal dust particle level of Air in Colombo is 50 micro grammes per Cubic Meter and that level has been increased to 70 micro grammes per cubic meter by this morning (06)he has stressed .Even Few other places including Jaffna Town too had effected due to the dust particles came from Delhi it has been revealed .
However the level has dropped this evening as the winds blown away from New Delhi reduced due to the change of it's direction Mr.Premasiri has stressed .
Due to this situation people with respiratory problems should be vigilant over the situation and take meassures to protect themselves he has said .
Meanwhile Disaster Management Center had conducted an urgent meeting today to discuss on the situation .
