A Sudden Fire Erupted In Kapukotuwa Mountain Reserve Had Doused

Around 04 acres of land attached to
Kapukotuwa Mountain Reserve in Buttala area had been destroyed as a result of a sudden fire erupted at the Mountain Reserve last evening(06).

Residents of the area along with Army Personal had doused the fire before spreading it further.

The cause of the fire had not yet been revealed  and it is believe that someone had lit the fire .

A Civil Defense r Force Guard Has Died Due To A Wild Elephant Attack

A 45 year old Civil Defense Force 
Guard has died  yesterday  (06)due to a Wild Elephant attack at Richchakulam,Nochchiyagama area in Anuradhapura.

The critically injured Guard had succumbed to his injuries after admission to Nochchiyagama District Hospital.

The deceased who was attached to Civil Defense Force Checkpoint at Richchakulam had faced this incident whilst staying  in front of his house it has been revealed. 

A Motorcyclist Was Killed At ChavakachcherI Due To A Road Accident

A 28 year old Motorcyclist had been
killed after the Motorcycle he was riding in colliding with a Private Bus arrived in opposite side at Meesalai ,ChavakachcherI area in Jaffna-Kandy main road yesterday (06).

The critically injured Motorcyclist had succumbed to his injuries after Admission to ChavakachcherI Hospital. The deceased was a resident of Chembadikeni Area in Pasalai  .

ChavakachcherI Police have arrested the Private Bus driver over the incident.

Parliament Restricted To 45 Minutes Today (06)

sri lanka parliament සඳà·„ා පà·’න්තà·”ර ප්‍රතà·’à¶ÂµÃ ¶½Parliamentary Sessions had today (06) restricted to 45 minutes as Government had withdrawn their proposals due to a limited number of their MP's present during today's sessions 

Only four MP''s were there in the Government side during today's sessions and as the opposition demanded a vote for every proposal government had submitted ,Government had taken steps to withdraw the proposals .

Speaker had later adjourned the Parliamentary sessions .
