Attorney General To File 7573 Indictments Against Those Who Charged Over Aavantguarde Issue
Attorney General Dappula De Livera has informed the Chief Justice Jayantha Jayasuriya that 7573 indictments will be filed in the Court against 13 factions charged over Avantguarde floating armory issue .Accordingly this will become the court case which has filed highest number of indictments in legal history .
Attorney General has requested the Chief Justice to hear the Avantguarde floating armory issue before a Tribunal High Court Judge Panel as a special court case .
Criminal Investigations Department (CID) had investigated on the Avantguarde issue.
