A Person Was Hospitalized In Critical Condition Due To A Wasp Attack

A 55 year old person had critically

injured and hospitalized due to a Wasp attack at a forest area in 18th post village at Meegahakiwula area this morning  (28).

The injured person has been admitted to the Medgahakiwula Hospital for treatment.

He had faced this incident when he went to a forest area near his house where several  provoked wasps of a Huge Wasps near there surrounded and attacked him.The critically injured had saved  his life by rinning  away from the scene it has been revealed. 

A Female Was Arrested Whilst Attempting To Leave London With A Fake Visa

A 32 year old Female who had

attempted to leave London through a fake visa had been arrested at the departure lounge of the Katunayake, Bandaranaike International Airport this noon (28) By Immigration and Emigration officials.

The suspected female who is a resident of Pudukudirippu area in Mulathivu had attemptrd to get in Sri Lankan Airlines Flight UL-504 at the time of her arrest .

After being informed British High Commission in Colombo too confirmed that the visa in possession of the suspect is a Fraudulent one .

The suspected female has told the officials thst she has attempted to leave London to meet her husband there .

She along with the fake visa had been handed over to the CID Officials at Katunayake Airport for further investigations.

A 38 Year Old Person Was Shot And Killed At Kohuwala

A 38 year old person was killed and

another person had been critically injured and hospitalized after they were shot at by two  unidentified gunmen arrived in a Motorcycle , whilst travelling in a Laxurious  Land Cruiser jeep at Jambugasmulla Road ,Kohuwala ,Nugegoda in wee hours of this morning (28).

The two critically injured persons  had been admitted to Kalubowila Teaching Hospital where one of them had succumbed to his injuries after admission .

The other critically injured person who is a 40 year old Businessman had transferred to Colombo National Hospital for further treatment.

The deceased was a resident of Madi wela road ,Udahamulla ,Nugegoda .

The cause behind the incident has not yet been revealed and Kohuwala Police are investigating in to  arrest the suspects.

Meanwhile the Police Media Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekare has announced that three special Police Teams have appointed to investigate on the Kohuwala incident.
