Ten Sri Lankan Websites Including Kuwait Embassy Website Have Been Subjected To A Cyber Attack

Ten Embassies in Sri Lanka containing domains ending .lk and .com  including the Website of Kuwait Embassy in Colombo have been subjected to a cyber attack according to Sri Lanka Computer Response Readiness Team (S RRT).

The data bases of these websites had been changed due to the Cyber attack and steps is being taken to curtailed the situation it has been revealed.

Investigations are being launched on.the attack and no details have been revealed regarding the hackers of the attack.
