A Palestine Student Arrived In Sri Lanka Expelled To India
A 30 year old Palestine student who
had arrived at Katunayake International Airport this morning (11) had expelled to India by Immigration and Emigration officials.
The suspected student who came here through a temporary Passport had expelled as he has failed to give correct answers to the questions raised by Immigration and Emigration officials at the Katunayake Airport regarding the places he has planned to travel in Sri Lanka and hotels going to stay in it has been revealed.

Police Have Given Three Day Period To Give Information And Handover Illegal Explosives In Possession
Police have given a Three day period
from 6 a.m today (11) until 6 a.m next Tuesday (14) for those who are keeping illegal explosives in their possession to inform and handover them to the Police according Police Media Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekare.
Within that period those who are keeping illegal Explosives can also provide information to the Police on why they are keeping such Explosives in possession he has stressed .

A Motorist Has Died And Another Injured Due To Navy Officers Shot At Their Vehicles Over Not Following Orders
A 34 Year Old person has died and
another was injured and hospitalized after the Sri Lanka Navy officers shooting at their vehicles over driving without following orders of Navy officers at Wattala and Kiribathgoda Police Divisions last night (10).
Accordingly A driver of a small van has died when Navy officers shooting at his vehicle when driving it without following orders near the road block in Hunupitiya ,Wattala area .
Other Motorist has been injured and hospitalized after his Motorcar was shot by Navy officers at Kiribathgoda over driving without following orders it has been revealed. The car was severely damaged due to the incident .

Stern Action Will Be Taken Against Wellampitiya Police Officers Who Were Responsible For Releasing Easter Sumday Bombing Suspects -Police Media Spokesman
A stern disciplinary action will be taken
against Wellampitiya Police Officers who were responsible for the release of 09 suspects arrested from a Copper Factory in Wellampitiya owned by a Suicide Bomber Inzam Ahmed who had exploded himself in Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo, soon after receiving an interim report over the incident according to Police Media Spokesman Superintendent Of Police Ruwan Gunasekare .
The ongoing investigations regarding the releasing of 09 workers of the Copper factory where the bombs for the Easter Sunday attacks were made conducted by the Special Investigations Unit of the Police Headquarters in Colombo .
The 09 workers who were arrested and remanded over the Easter Sunday attacks had been released on bail by the Hulftsdorf Magistrate Court early this week as the Wellampitiya Police officers had not produced the suspects before the court under Terrorism Prevention Act it has been revealed.
Statements were recorded from OIC and few other Police officers attached to Wellampitiya Police by the investigators regarding the incident Police Media Spokesman has said .
