A Person Was Arrested Whilst Excavating A Forest Area To Find A Treasure
Police have arrested a 35 year old person whilst involved in excavation work at a forest area in
Kanchikulam ,Vavuniya in view of finding a treasure last Friday (25) according to Police Media Spokesman's Office .
When Police arrived other persons involved in excavation work with the suspect had fled away from the area it has been revealed.
Police have taken in to custody the equipment used for excavation activities .The suspect is a resident of Kuliyapitiya area .
