A Person Got Promotion As Assistant General Manager In "SATHOSA" By Producing Fraudulent Educational Certificates Had Been Arrested
Police Officers attached to Colombo Crimes Division have today (15) arrested a Person
appointed as an Assistant General Manager of "SATHOSA" ( CWE-Cooperative Whole Sale Establishment) Sales Section over getting a higher post at SATHOSA by producing fraudulent educational Certificates to the Management
The suspect has got the Promotion as an Assistant General Manager of SATHOSA by producing fraudulent Educational Certificates stating he was a Graduate at Sri Jayawadanapura University in Colombo.
He is due to be produced before the Court today (15).
Authorities have already interdicted few Higher Officers attached to SATHOSA who got promotions as Deputy General Managers and Senior Mangers by producing fraudulent Educational Certificates .Some of them had produced fraudulent certificates said to be obtained from International Universities .
SATHOSA has been rated as a government owned Institute with massive corrupt activities since decades .
