Three Youth Have Been Drowned Whilst Bathing In Two Rivers
Three youth of the ages 21 and 20 years
old have been drowned whilst bathing in Mawak Oya (River)and Mahaweli River yesterday (08)whilst bathing there it has been reported.
Accordingly two 21 year old youth who were residents of Thalangama North in Malabe have been drowned whilst bathing in Mawak oya at Ingiriya area and a 20 year old Nawalapitiya resident has been drowned whilst bathing in Mahaweli River at Nawalapitiya area .

Two Youth Had Been Killed Due To Motorcycle -Lorry Collision
Two youth had been killed after the
Motorcycle they were travelling in colliding with a Lorry near Pilapitiya Collage in Kelaniya -Biyagama Road last evening (08).
The critically injured youth who were 20 and 21 years old had pronounced as dead on admission to Colombo National Hospital .The deceased had been identified as residents of Angoda and Wellampitiya areas.
Police have arrested the Lorry driver regarding the incident .

No Casualties Due To A Car-Lorry Collision
No casualties had been reported due to
a Motor Car -Lorry collision occurred at Hatton -Kudagama area on Hatton-Nuwara Eliya main road last evening (08).
A high speed Motor Car and two lorries travelling towards a same direction had collided each other when a Three Wheeler traveling from Kotagala to Hatton in front of the vehicles suddenly stopped middle of the road to save a group of dogs crossing the road .
At that time the high speed Motor Car and Two lorries collided each other due to the inability of controlling the speed of the vehicles .No one in vehicles received injuries and all three vehicles were severely damaged due to the incident.
