President Sirisena Had Signed A Gazette Notification To Dissolve Parliament
President Maithripala Sirisena has
short while ago signed a an extra ordinary Gazette Notification regarding dissolvement of Parliament it has been reported.
The Gazette Notification has been sent to Government Printer to print ,sources said.
Under the 19th Amendment of the Constitution Parliament cannot be dissolved until 2021 according to legal experts.
Both Chief Justice and Attorney General Have opposed the move according to sources .

Printing Corporation under the Ministry of Defense through an extra ordinary Gazette Notification issued short while ago.
Accordingly the number of Departments belonging to Ministry of Defense now increased to 18.
The Extra ordinary Gazette notification has been issued by the Presidential Secretariet.

President Has Taken Over Police Department Under The Ministry Of Defense

taken over the Department Of Police which is under the Ministry of Law and Order to the Ministry Of Defense which under the President acording to the Extra ordinary Gazette Notification issued regarding the Subjects and Duties of Minsters appointed as per the article 43 of the constitution.
The Extra ordinary Gazette Notification 2096/07 has been issued on 06th of November.

A Person Was Arrested With A Stock Of Foreign Currency Notes
Central Intelligance Unit Officers of the
Sri Lanka Customs have arrested a 58 year old person with a stock of Foreign currency notes worth Rs.10.9 million at Katunayake, Bandaranaike International Airport in wee hours of this morning (09).
The suspect who is a resident of Negambo had arrived at Katunayake Airport this morning to fly to Singapore it has been revealed.
Among the Foreign Currency notes taken in to custody in possession of the suspect are US Dollars,Euros and Singaporean Dollars.

Accordingly Unitrd People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA ) MP Udaya Gammanpila had been sworn in as Minister of Buddha Shasana and Religious Affairs,UPFA MP Johnston Fernando as Minister of Trade and Conumer Affairs -Cooperative development and Christian Affairs ,MP C.B Ratnayake as Minister of Postal and Telecommunications , ,MP M.L.A.M Hisbulla as Minister of City planning and Water supply and MP S.M ChandRasena as Minister of plantation industries
