An Underworld Gang Leader Was Killed During A Gun Shooting Incident With Special Police Task Force Personal
An Underworld Gang member D.Manju was killed during a gun shot exchange with the Special Police Task Force Personal this evening (23)at Wattala area .
The incident was occurred when the Special Police Task Force personal attempting to check a Van at Wattala City in search of narcotics .The group of persons inside the vehicle had shot at the Task Force Personal when attempting to search their Van and Police Task Force Personal too shot at them in reply it has been revealed.
During the Gun shooting the Underworld leader was killed Police have arrested another two persons inside the vehicle.The Body of the deceased had sent to Ragama Teaching Hospital.

Three Indian Nationals Were Arrested With Ten Gold Biscuits In Their Possession
Airport Customs Had arrested three Indian Nationals with 10 Gold Biscuits in their possession at the Katunayake ,Bandaranaike International Airport yesterday(22).
The three suspects who arrived in the Airport to board an Airlines belonging to a Indian Private Airways which fly to India ,had concealed the 10 Gold Biscuits inside their luggage they were detected through a X Ray test it has been revealed.
The Gold Biscuits taken in to custody by the Customs Officers weighing more than 900 grammes and worth nearly Rs.5.5 million according to the Airport Customs.
