No Sri Lankans Among The Victims Of Manchester Attack -Foreign Ministry

The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs has announced this morning(23) that there are no reports that any of the Sri Lankans living in United Kingdom are among the victims of the deadly terrorist attack taken place in Manchester Arena in United Kingdom few hours ago at the end of the concert of American female singer Arianna Grande.

The singer is unharmed due to the incident .

Around 19 persons have been killed and 50 others injured due to the attack .

Two Persons Have Been Arrested With 327 Kilos Of Kerala Cannabis

The special police task force personal have arrested
two persons with 327 Kilos and 994 grammes of Kerala Cannabis in their possession in Kelanimulle area,Angoda today (22).

The two suspects had been handed over to the Police Nacotic Bureau for future course of action the special police task force personal have stated.

A 18 Year Old School Boy Had Committed Suicide By Jumping In Front Of A Train

A 18 year old school boy studied at
Nivanthakachethiya Collage in Anuradhapura had today(22) committed suicide by jumping in front of the Yal Devi train travelling from Colombo to Kankasanthurai in Anuradhapura .

The body of the deceased who is due to sit for the G,C,E A/ Level examination from commerce stream this year has been transported to.the Anuradhapura Railway station from.the same train.

The cause for the suicide has not yet been revealed .
