Three Persons Killed And Another Was Injured Due To A Three Wheeler-Tipper Collision

Related imageThree persons of the same family including a father and daughter and other female were killed and one was injured and hospitalized after the three wheeler they were traveling in colliding with a Tipper Truck in Boyagane (North Western Province) on Colombo-Kurunagala main road are early this morning(10).

The injured female had been admitted to the Kurunagala Teaching Hospital for treatment.

The deceased including the 26 year old father , his one and half year old daughter and another femaled of the same family had been identified as the residents of Inamaluwa area.

Two were killed and one was injured
and hospitalized due to a three wheeler -Lorry collision in kongasdeniya area on Kandy-Colombo road yesterday (09).

The three critically injured persons were admitted to wathupitiwala hospital and two have succumbed to their injuries there.Other person had been transferred to the Colombo National Hospital for further  treatment.

The deceased had been identified as residents of Angoda and kerawalapitiya areas.

Four Persons Including Three Foreigners Injured And Hospitalized Due To A Road Accident

Four persons including three foreigners and a van
driver were injured and hospitalized after the van they were travelling in veering off the road and caught fire in Gokarella area.

The injured were admitted to the Galewala Hospital for treatment.

The van carrying a group of foreigners travelling from Colombo to Sigiriya at the time of the incident.

Gokarella Police are conducting an investigation on the incident.

An Eighty One Year Old Person Was Killed Due To A Road Accident

A person was killed after colliding with a lorry
travelling from Dambulla to Kekirawa near the Kithulhitiyawa river in Kekirawa area (North Central Province).

The critically injured 81 year old person had succumbed to his injuries after admission to Dambulla Hospital.

Kekirawa police have arrested the lorry driver regarding the accident.
