Court Of Appeal Extended The Stay Order Issued Against The Full Face Helmet Ban
The Court Of Appeal has today(20) extended the stay order issued against the Police circular on implementing a full face helmet ban in the country until 12th of July this year.
The decision to extend the stay order has been taken after the two cases filed against the Police circular taken up for hearing today before the bench of Court Of Appeal.
The state counsel has earlier requested a sufficient time from the court to introduce a high quality Motor Cycle Helmet instead of Full Face Helmet .
