Government To Grant Five Year Visa Concession For Foreign Investors Investing More Than US Dollars 300,000

Government is ready to grant five year visa concession

to stay in Sri Lanka for Foreign Investors who are willing to invest more than US Dollars 300,000 in the country according to Minister Of Finance Ravi Karunanayake.

This is one of the proposals embodied in 2017 Annual Budget Proposals the Minister has stated during a press briefing held today (12).

Government will bring new laws in future to grant more concessions for the Foreign Investors who are willing to invest directly in the country he has stressed,

Around Two Acres Of Land Destroyed Due To A Fire Erupted In Reserve At Kotagala

Around Two Acres of land had been destroyed due to a sudden fire erupted in Forest Reserve near the Dimbula Pathana-Kotagala forest reserve according to the reports.

Residents in the area are attempting to douse the fire at present sources have stated.The cause of the fire has not yet been revealed and authorities have suspected a group of persons might be set the fire to kill animals.

A 68 Year Old person was killed Due To A Wasp Attack In Dimbula Pathana Area

A 68 year old person reside in Dimbula pathana area (Central Province)was killed due to a wasp attack it has been reported.

Wasps inside a Wasps Cage in front of the house were attacked the deceased and he was succumbed to his injuries after admission to Dimbula Pathana Hospital.
