An Iranian National Arrested At Katunayake Airport With Over Rs.28 million Worth Foreign Currency Notes
Airport Customs officers have arrested an Iranian National last night (09)who attempted to smuggle Foreign Currency notes worth more than RS.28 million out of the country at Katunayake Bandaranaike International Airport.
The foreign currency notes were concealed inside his luggage according to Customs officers.
The suspected Iranian National was arrested when he attempting to board a flight to Doha,Qatar.
