Terrorist Investigations Division Has Detained Ex LTTE Rebel Prabha For Questioning
The Terrorist Investigations Division(TID) has detained the former LTTE Rebel Krishnapillai Kalainesan alias Prabha today(02) at Kaththankudi in Batticloe (In Eastern Province) District for questioning.
Prabha had gone through the rehabilitation programme conducted by government after the end of armed conflict between Sri Lanka Army and LTTE in 2009 and released in 2013 it has been reported.

Police Narcotic Bureau Officials Have Detained Ten Persons With Cocaine In Their Possession
The Police Narcotic Bureau Officials Have last night detained Ten Persons including Eight Nigerians and Two Sri Lankans with 222 Grammes and 700 Mili Grammes of Cocaine in their possession at Battaramulla,Ragama and Mount LAvinia (In Colombo) areas.
The suspects are due to be produced before Colombo Magistrate today(02).

Gazette Notification Regarding Recommencement Of Fish Exports To European Council Will Be Issued Tonight
The Gazette Notification regarding the recommencement of fish Exports to European Countries due to issue tonight President Maithripala Sirisena has stated this evening.
The European Union has announced the lifting of fish export ban imposed on Sri Lanka with effect from 21st of March the President has stressed.
President Sirisena has made these remarks while addressing a May Day Rally of Sri Lanka Freedom Party held at Galle(Southern Province) this evening.
"This May Day Rally will be given a boost to the country's future political system and to the Sri Lanka Freedom Party" President has further added/
