Public Health Inspectors Have Filed Court Cases Against 32 Businessman Who Sold Food Items Not Suitable For Human Consumption
The Public Health Inspectors have taken steps to file cases against 32 Businessman at Marawila and Mahawewa Areas who sold food items not suitable for human consumption during the festive season .
The Public Health Inspectors have raided 135 Food Outlets in Marawila and Mahawewa Areas during the festive season and found a large stock of food items not suitable for human consumption at the food outlets belonging to above mentioned businessman and destroyed them it has been reported.

Police Narcotic Bureau Have Arrested A Pakistani National Who Swallowed 38 Heroin Pills
The Police Narcotic Bureau officials attached to Katunayake ,Bandaranaike International Air Port have today(13) arrested a Pakistani National who arrived in Air Port by swallowing 38 Heroin Contained Pills .
The suspect was arrested around 4.30 a,m this morning after he arrived at Katunayake Air Port from Sri Lankan Air Lines Flight.
Through a check up the Police Narcotic Bureau Officials have found the suspect had swallowed heroin contained pills and he has been taken to Negambo Base Hospital to remove the pills it has been reported.
The Police Narcotic Bureau Officials attached to the Air Port are conducting investigations on the incident.

A 58 Year Old Laborer Has Died Due To a Wasp Attack In Hatton
A 58 year old laborer attached to Unifield Tea Estate in Hatton (In Upcountry)has died today(13) due to the injuries sustained through a wasp attack.
The deceased was admitted to Kotagala Hospital in critical condition after being attacked by wasps at the Tea Estate and he later succumbed to his injuries whilst receiving treatment it has been reported
