Around Six Million Patients Annually Receiving Treatment From Government Hospitals-Ministry Of Health
Around 6 Million Patients have been annually receiving treatment from Sri Lankan Government Hospitals according to Ministry Of Health,Nutrition And Indigenous Medicine.
Out of this number Around 4.8 Million Patients have been receiving treatment from Emergency Treatment Units attach to hospitals the Ministry has said.
Ministry Of Health has decided to establish Emergency Treatment Units and Blood Banks in every District Hospital by considering the demand for these units.

Three High Rank Customs Officers Who Were Arrested And Remanded For Accepting Rs.125 Million Bribe Were Further Remanded
The three High Rank Customs Officers who were arrested and remanded for accepting Rs.125 Million as a Bribe form a Businessman Have Been further remanded by the Colombo Chief Magistrate up to 25 th of November .

Commercial High Court Of Colombo Has Issued Notices For Former President Mahinda Rajapaksha And Six Others To Appear Before Court On 10th Of March
The Commercial High Court Of Colombo today(13) has issued notices to Former President Mahinda Rajapaksha and Six Others to appear before the Court on 10th Of March regarding a case filed against them over not making payments For Sri Lanka Transport Board(SLTB) for Buses Hired for Election Rallies conducted during this year's Presidential Election.
The Sri Lanka Transport Board has filed a Case in Commercial High Court Of Colombo by claiming previous United Peoples Freedom Alliance(UPFA) Government not paying Rs.140 Million to SLTB for hiring buses during the Presidential Election.
The Former UPFA General Secretary Susil Premjayantha and Former Sri Lanka Freedom Party(SLFP) Secretary Anura Priyadarshana Yapa both of whom are currently functioning as Ministers of Present Government were also among the accused issued notices today regarding the case .
