Pillayan's Secretary And Another Killed At Athurugiriya
Kumaraswamy Nandagopan Allias Raghu The Private Secretary of the Eastern Provincial Council Chief Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan Allias Pillayan and His Driver were Shot Dead in their Car by Unidentified Persons At Athurugiriya in the Colombo Suburbs This Morning(14) around 11.30 a.m.Another two Activists of the Pillayan's TMVP Party were shot Dead in The Eastern Province Thursday Night.

Full Blood Count Tests Of The Colombo National Hospital Restricted By Fifty Percent
The Number of Full Blood Count Tests (FBC) Performed in the Colombo National Hospital Restricted By Fifty Percent due to the Three out of Four Mechines using for these tests are not functioning Hospital Sources said.The Regents used for these Mechines are Short Supply Due to Not Paying the Bills for the Suppliers from Some time Sources further added.Daily 700 Full Blood Counts Performed in the Both Indoor and Outdoor Path Labs of the Colombo National Hospital and Due to this Problem the number now reduced to 350 Tests per day.

Out of 192 Developed and Developing Countries Sri Lanka Became the First Country To Achieved Five Out of Eight Millennium Development Goals(MDGS) this year which United Nations Set to Achieved in year 2015.Out of these Five MDG'S Four are Belong to the Health Sector.These MDG'S Achieved by Sri Lanka including National Immunization Campaign,Infant Mortality Rate,Maternal Mortality Rate,Improving Life Expectancy and Environment Sustainability.
