Two youth were killed and another Two youth have been critically injured and hospitalized due to a Head on Collision between two Motorcycles at Elephantpass area on Jaffna-Kandy, A-9 Road last night(18).

The Critically injured pillion riders of the two Motorcycles involved in the collision were admitted to Kilinochchi Hospital for treatment.
