a 17-year-old boy has drowned and disappeared whilst bathing in Aberdeen Water fall at Norton Bridge (Central Province).
The drowned boy identified as Krishnan Vinushan from Bagawanthalawa area had faced this incident when he along with a group of his friends came to Aberdeen fall to celebrate a birthday party it has been revealed. Cabinet has today (28) approved the recommendations proposed by the Commitee on restructuring the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) .
Minister Of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekare has stated in a Twitter message posted today that the Electricity Reforms Bill will be drafted within a month to begin the unbundling process of CEB and work will progress on a rapid timeline for the necessary approval of Parliament.
