A total of 32 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (01) increasing the Total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 15,473 according to Director General of Health Services (DGHS).
Accordingly 17 females and 15 males had died due to Corona infection the DGHS has stated.Out of the deceased 23 were over 60/years of age and 09 were belonged to 30-60 year age group it has been revealed .
Another 1137 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (01)Increasing the total number of Corona Positives reported so far to 612,322 according to Epodemiology Unit.
There were 05 Foreign arrivals among those who had tested positive for Corona virus today accotding to unit .
At the moment 18,000 Corona positives are being treated at Hospitals ,Quarantine Centers ,and under home care system according to reports.

The National Public Utilities Commission has announced today (31) that there will be no more power cuts in the country unril further notice .
The Public Utilities Commission which met this evening had decided not to impose any power cut in the island according to the chairman of the Commission Janaka Raynayake
Earlier Ceylon Electricity Board had decided to impose power cuts after today due to the ongoing fuel shortage.
