 A total of 04 Corona deaths had been reported in the country today (05)increasing  the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 343 according to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .

Accordingly 03 Males  and a female resided at Colombo -03,Nawala ,Bagawanthalawa and Mattakkuliya areas of the ages 75,89,72 and 63 years  had has died due to Complications of non communicable diseases they have suffered from caused by Corona infection..

Meanwhile 07 Corona Deaths had been reported  yesterday (04) in the country ,Increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to 339 according  to National Covid -19 Prevention Center .

Accordingly Six males and a female had died due to Complications of the diseases they have suffered from.caused by Corona infection the center has stated .

A Batsman And The Head Coach Of Sri Lankan Cricket Team Had Tested Positive For Corona Virus

Opening Batsman of the Sri Lankan National Cricket Team Lahiru Thirimanne and Head Coach of the Team Micky Arthur had tested positive for the Corona Virus yesterday (03) the Sri Lanka cricket has announced .

The two had been tested positive for the virus after performing "PCR "tests for the Entire Sri Lankan Cricket team ahead of their departure to West Indies for a Cricket. Series it has been reported .Both the Batsman and the Head coach had sent to a treatment center for treatment .

Another 840 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From Hospitals Today (03)

 Another 840 Corona positives had been discharged from Government hospitals and treatment centers today (03)i after full recovety according  to Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from Hospitals after full recovery had risen to 59,883 .

Four Corona Deaths Reported Today (03)

 A total of 04 Corona deaths had been reported today (03) in the country ,increasing the total number of Corona deaths reported so far to   328 according to National Covid 19 Prevention Center .

Accordingly Three females and a Male had died due to the complications of non communicable diseases suffered by them caused by Corona infection the Center has stated .

The deceased were of the ages 89,67,66 and 70 years resided in Walgammulla  ,Devalepola ,Negambo and Yatiyanthota areas .

Meanwhile 07 Corona deaths had been reported reported yesterday (02)including an 18 month old infant and 32 year old doctor .
