 Two more Corona Deaths Reported today (25) increasing the total number of Corona Deaths to 96 according to Ministry Of Health

.

Accordingly a 45 year old female resided in Colombo -12 has died due to the high blood pressure causted by Corona infection whilst receiving treatment in Colombo National Hospital and a 80 year old male has died after transferring to  Pimbura Base Hospital from Jayawardanapura Teaching Hospital for treatment  due to the liver infection caused as a result of Corona infection .

Out of the total number of Corona deaths reported so far 13 deaths were reported during the first corona epidemic wave and 83;were reported from the second wave of the epidemic .

Four Corona Deaths Reported Yesterday(24)

 Four more Corona deaths had been reported in the country yesterday (24)increasing  the total number of Corona deaths in the country to 94 according to the Health Authorities   . 

Accordingly  three males and a female have died yesterday due to corona infection .A 74 year old male in Ginigathhena area,A 54 year old male in Siyambalape South ,A 73 year old Female in Colombo -15 and 42 year olld male in Atalugama ,Bandaragama  have died due to the complications caused due to Corona infection it has been revealed .

These deaths occured in Colombo National ,Ragama Teaching and IDH Hospitals .

458 Corona Positives Had Been Reported Today (24)

 A total of 458 Corona Positives had been reported in the country today (24)increasing the total number of Corona positives  reported so far to 20,967 according to Epidemeology Unit.

Accordingly all the Corona Positives reported today  were close contacts of the Paliyagoda Fish Market Corona Cluster the unit has stated .

Upto now 17,436 Corona positives had been reported from  the Minuwangoda /Paliyagoda clusters .

At the moment 5911 Corona positives are being treated at Government hospitals and treatment centers .

335 Corona Positives Had Been Identified Today (23)

 Another 335 new Corona Positives had been identified today (23)increasing the total number of Corona positives reported so far to 20,508 according to the Health authorities .

All these

positives identified today were close contacts of Paliyagoda fish market cluster the authorities have said.

Accordingly the number of positives identified from paliyagoda cluster had risen to 16,978.

Four Corona Deaths had been reported today (23)increasing the total number of Corona Deaths Reported in the country to 90 according to Health Ministry .

Accordingly a 80 year old male   who was a prison inmate  has died after Admission  to Ragama Teaching Hospital today due to corona infection and 86 year old  female in Heyyanthuduwa area ,A 60 year old male  male from colombo -15 ,Mattakkuliya area and another 60 year old female of Colombo -14 has died due to illnesses caused due to Corona infection after admission to hospital it has been revealed ,

MeanehilFour Corona deaths were reported yesterday (22) and accordingly two females of the ages 70 and 84 year years who were resided in Colombo -15 and Borella as well as two males of the ages 53 and 75 years resided in Colombo-10 and Colombo ,-12 had died due to Corona infection .

428 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From Hospitals Today (23)After Full Recovery

 A total of 428 Corona positives had been discharged from Hospitals today (23)after full recovery according to Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly these Corona positives had been discharged from 30 government Hospitals and treatmen ,centers the Unit has stressed .479 Corona positives had been discharged from Hospitals yesterday (22)after full recovery .

A total of 14,497 Corona positives had been discharged from Hospitals after full recovery so far .
