A total of 17 Corona positives had been

today (26)discharged from Hospitals after full recovery , increasing the total number of Corona positives discharged from Hospitals to 1619 according to Epidemeology Unit .

The recovery rate of Corona positives in Sri Lanka is 79.7 percent  it has been revealed. Up to now 101,226 "PCR " Tests had been performed in the country to identify Corona positives since 18 th of February

At the moment 380 Corona positives are being treated at Government Hospitals .

A Special Sri Lankan Airlines Flight Had Brought Back 254 Sri Lankans Stranded In Seychelles Yesterday (25)

A special Sri Lankan Airlines carrying

254 Sri Lankans stranded in Seychelles islands had arrived in Katunayake International Airport last noon (25).

The group of Sri Lankans who are employed in Seychelles were brought back to Sri Lanka from Victoria Airport .All the Passangers along with the Cabin Crew of the flight had undergone "PCR "tests at the Katunayake Airport  to check their corona status .

A Special Sri Lankan Airlines Flight Carrying 171 Sri Lankans Stranded In Lebanon Arrived This Morning (26)

A special Sri Lankan Airlines flight had

brought back 171 Sri Lankans stranded in  Lebanon due to Corona pandemic, to Sri Lanka this morning  (26) .

The Special Sri Lankan Airlines flight had arrived in Katunayake International Airport from Beruit Internatioal Airport In Lebanon in wee hours of this morning .

All the Passangers in the flight along with the Cabin crew had undergone "PCR " Tests at the Airport to check their Corona status. 

Another 40 Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From Hospitals Yesterday (25)

Another 40 Corona positives had been

discharged from Hospitals yesterday  (25)after full recovery according to Epidemeology Unit.

Accordingly 1602 Corona positives out of the 2010 Corona positives reported so far in the country had been recovered and discharged from Hospitals up to now .

Meanwhile another 09  Navy personal infected with Corona Virus had been discharged from Navy Hospital in welisara  this morning (26) increasing the total number of Corona positive Navy Personal discharged from the Navy Hospital after recovery to 840.
