has today (08)filed a revised motion at Colombo High Court against granting bail to Former Health Minister Dr.Rajitha Senaratne over conducting Press briefing on White van abductions .
Dr.senaratne had been released on bail on 30 th of December aftet being hospitalized due to a heart ailment .

Sri Lankan Airlines To Avoid Iran -Iraq Airspace When Flying Colombo To London
Sri Lankan Airlines has today
(07)decided to avoid Iran and Iraq's Airspace when operating flights from Colombo to London due to the war situation in Persian Gulf region .
Therefore Sri Lankan Airlines will use the Egyptian Airspace as an alternative route when flying Colombo to London according to the Airlines .
This step will be taken for the safety of passangers and the crews of Sri Lankan Airlines it has been announced .
Sri Lankan Alirlines is being conducted 14 flights for a week from Colombo to London.

National Party(UNP) MP Ranjan Ramanayake had today (08) filed a motion before Nugegoda Magistrate U.K Palpola saying he was prejudiced due to the releasing of Audio CD's taken in to custody by the Police from his house at Madiwela ,to some Media .
After considering the motion Nugegoda Magistrate had ordered the Colombo Crimes Division to appear before the court on 17 th of January to reveal facts regarding the issue .
