Thirteen Bus Passangers Were Injured Due To A Road Accident
Thirteen Bus Passengers were injured and hospitalized after a Private Bus they were traveling in veering off the road and toppled over on Nuwara-Eliya-Theripaha-Nildandahinna road this morning(27).The injured were admitted to the Nildandahinna Provincial Hospital for treatment and their condition is not critical it has been revealed.The Bus was traveling from Theripaha area to Nildandahinna area at the time of the accident.
The Bus accident had occurred due to the Driver's inability to control the speed of the bus according to reports.
Several Roads In Galle Had Submerged Due To The Heavy Showers
Due to the heavy rainfall which lasted
few hours since this evening (26) several entry roads to Galle had been submerged it has been reported.
Accordingly several.roads including Galle-Baddegama.Galle Wakwella.Galle-Mapalagama and Galle-Ambalanwatte had been submerged due to the heavy showers .
