A Dutch Female Had Drowned While Bathing

A 67 year old Dutch female had drowned and died while bathing in sea area of Koggala yesterday (29).

The deceased female had drifted away by the strong sea waves while bathing and life saving officers had saved her it has been revealed,

She was pronounced as dead as she was hospitalized in a critical condition .

A Person Was Arrested With More Than Eight Kilos Of Kerala Cannabis

A person was arrested by the Police Narcotic Bureau

officials with 08 kilo grammes and 100  grammes of Kerala Cannabis in his possession at Erukkalampitiya area  in Puttalam Police division on last Thursday (28).

The suspect was arrested while transporting the stock of cannabis by a Ladies Motorcycle it has been revealed.

The suspect who is a resident of Madurankuliya area  along with the stock of Kerala Cannabis and the Motorcycle taken in to custody have been handed over to the Puttalam Police for future course of action.

A 17 Year Old School Girl Was Killed Due To A Motorcycle-Tipper Truck Collision

A 17 year old school girl who  was pillion rider was

killed and her brother who was the rider critically injured after the Motorcycle she was travelling in colliding with a Tipper Truck at Chavakachcheri in Jaffna last night (28).

The school girl was faced this accident while she was travelling in a Motorcycle at Chavakachcheri,Jaffna.

The critically injured school girl was admitted to Chavakachcheriya Hospital and had succumbed to her injuries after transferring to Jaffna Teaching Hospital.

Police have arrested the Tipper truck driver regarding the acident

Five Sex Workers And Their Manageress Arrested In A Brothal House In Kandy

Kandy Police have today(29) raided a Brothel House maintained in the pretext of an Ayurveda Massage Center(SPA) in Hevahata ,Kandy and arrested five sex workers attached to it along with the manageress of the House according to the Police.

There is not even a registered  Ayurveda Doctor attached to the Center although the place named as an Ayurveda Massage Center it has been revealed.
