Two Youth Were Injured And Hospitalized Due To A Wild Elephant Attack
Two youth were critically injured and hospitalized due
to a Wild Elephant attack in Palaimadu area on Jaffna-Sangupitiya road last night (16).
The two injured Youth were admitted to the Sangupitiya Hospital for treatment.They have been attacked by the Wild Elephant while paddling a Bicycle it has been reported.

Wild Life officers have revovered a body of a Wild
Elephant believed to be has died due to a prolonged illness near the Paligama Wewa (River) in Karuwala gaswewa area(North Western province).
Wild Life officers had treated the deceased Elephant few days ago it has been revealed.
The post mortem of the deceased Elephant is due to be held shortly.
