Train Services Of Kelani Valley Rail Track Halted Due To A Falling Down Of A Tree

The train services of Kelani valley railway track had

halted since yesterday (13)evening following the falling down of a tree to the rail track between Nugegoda and Pangiriwatte railway stations.

The tree had fallen down to the rail track as a result of  the continuous heavy showers prevailed in Colombo yesterday .

A female british photographer and the driver of a

motor car she was travelling in escaped unharm when the motor car they were travelling in slipped away from the southern expressway road and fallen down by breaking the security fence of the expressway yesterday (13) at Bandaragama,galanigama area.
