All Schools Had Been Re-Opened Today (10)

All grades of Schools islandwide  shut
down since last March due to Corona pandamic opens today  (10)according to the Ministry of Education.

All schools will be opened according to the Corona prevention health guidelines and  classes for the students of Grades 5,10,11,12 and 13 will be held all five days of the week .Other grades classes will be held on selected  days of the week the Ministry has stated.

All the Schools with less then 200 students will hold classes in five days of the week and the classes of  schools with more than 200 students  will be held on selected days according to a plan it has been revealed .

Global Corona Positive Cases Exceeded 20 Million


The total number of Corona positives worldwide had exceeded 20 million today  (10)according to the foreign media .

Accordingly shortwhile ago(7.15 a.m Sri Lankan time ) global corona cases stood at   20,022,265 .

Out of this 5 million corona cases had been reported from United States of America .

Three Corona Positives Had Been Reported Yesterday (09)

Three Corona Positives had been
reported yesterday (09)increasing the total number of Corona positives reported in the country to 2844 according to Epidemeology Unit. 

At the moment 254 Corona positives are being treated at Government Hospitals. 

Three Corona Positives Had Been Discharged From Hospitals

A total of 03 Corona positives had been
recovered and discharged from hospitals  today  (09)according to the Epidemeology Unit .

Accordingly the total number of Corona positives discharged from hospitals  so far  had incerased to 2579 the unit  has stated .
