Drink Plenty Of Water For Every 15-20 Minutes Daily To Avoid Many Health Issues -Doctors Say
Due to the Hot temperatures prevailing
in many areas of the country as a result of Dry weather there's a risk of occurring many health issues including Heat stroke, dehydration and muscle cramps according to Local health experts .
Due to this situation Drink plenty of water for every 15-20 minutes daily even there's no thirst to keep the body refresh Consultant community physician Dr.Inoka Samaraweera has stated during a special media briefing held at the Health Promotions Bureau in Colombo .
Avoid taking too much of hot and sugary drinks and drink plenty of water instead she has stressed.

Corona Virus -Health Ministry To Quarantine All Passangers Arriving In From Italy ,South Korea And Iran To Sri Lanka
Ministry of Health has decided to
quarantine all tourists imcluding Sri Lanka Lankans arriving in from Corona Virus hit Italy, South Korea and Iran for 14 days before sending them back to their houses /Lodging places in view of preventing the spreading of Corona virus here according to Director General of Health Services Dr..Anil Jasinghe .
Addressing a Media briefing held at the Health Ministry auditorium in Colombo this morning (03)Dr.Jasinghe has stated that it will be by task to quarantine a lathe number of tourists arriving in from these countries once for 14 days and Ministry is currently searching a large space locations for this process.
Meanwhile Health Ministry Has decided to inform Sri Lankans and other nationals in Italy, South Korea and Iran through Sri Lankan embassies and governments regarding this quarantine process so the people arriving in Sri Lanka from these countries could be minimised he has stressed.
Ministry has also informed the Sri Lanka Ports Authority to stop disembarking of Passangers in All.Passanger shops and other ships with effect from.tomorrow as a step to stop spreading corona virus through these Passangers.
These decisions had been taken at the meeting of National security action committee on Corona virus held this morning at the Health Ministry.

Attorney General Had Ordered Acting IGP To Arrest 12 Persons Including MP Ravi Karunanayake Over Central Bank Bond Scam
Attorney General Dappula De Livera
had today (03)ordered the Acting Inspector General Of Police (IGP ) Chandana Wikramaratna to arrest 12 persons including United National Party MP Ravi Karunanayake, Former Central Bank Governor Arjun Mahendran, Owner of the Perpetual Treasuries Limited Arjun Aloysius ,Chairman of Perpetual Treasuries Geoffrey Aloysius and Chief Executive officer Kasun Palisena after obtaining an arrest warrant from the court over their involvement in Central Bank Bond Scam occurred on 27th of February 2015 .
Attorney General had ordered to arrest these officials over criminally using of treasury bonds and criminally controlling the money market.
Attorney General has already filed cases against few officers over involving in Central Bank Bond scam.
